In this video we see the basic experiment how the water is splitted in the in vitro glas test tube. It is splitted at a virtual metal alloy electrode with a special microwave GigaHz pulse generator in the 120 Ghz range ( Seen on a spectrum analysator in another video)
He powers the pulse generator with just 7.5 Volts and somewhere I have read, that it only needs half a Watt of power for the Microwave pulse generator. The generated hydrogen flame seems to have at least 500 to 1000 Watts output heat energy.
This is a breakthrough and it will change everything !
