Riding A Magnetic Breeze

This is a demonstration of the Lenz effect. I show a permanent magnet pulse motor rotating an non-magnetic aluminum segmented rotor using induction. The rotating magnets on the pulse motor create something like a magnetic breeze that blows the opposite rotor around. It is similar to ‘magnetic gearing’ only using induction. As the magnets pass by the aluminum segments they induce an electrical current in the conductor. A force vector results that turns the rotor.
