Here a video to attempt a measurement of pulsed input power.
IMHO the analogic meters are indicating the correct average values of average voltage and average current.
On the scope the average voltage seems to be ok with the analogic measurement.
The scope average current seems to be too low because the blue trace, for some reason, does not get down to zero, but seems to be slightly negative , which impact the averaging.
Just for info, i have played with different frequency from 50 Hz up to 1 kHz, and the results are almost the same.
First i have thought that the analogic needle can not follow the pulse and stays under the real value. But then i noticed that if there is some inertia in the analogic meters , it should impede the needle to go down and not up.
