Scoposcopy: Rigol DS1054Z Freeze Bug

Is there something wrong with just my scope, or is this a bug that affects other 1054Zs too? I’ve heard from one other person who has not been able to reproduce this freezing behaviour, so now I’m really worried. Am I going to have to return this one to Rigol? This is already a replacement for the glitchy one… now what’s up. Am I going to have to get Yet Another replacement scope? I dunno.
