Interesting Electrostatic Motor—- investigation

An interesting video was posted showing a supposed ‘Perpetual Motion Electrostatic Motor’ that looked like it might just work——but I don’t think so. The motor I show here is just a typical design but I built it to investigate the motor shown in the other video.
