Scoposcopy: Phase 2: Lissajous Phase Angle Measurement
Please watch MicroQEG and Phase1 videos first!
Here I explain the test setup that I will be using to see if the Current Transformer method of monitoring current can itself introduce a phase shift in the measurements.
I demonstrate generating a quantitative Lissajous pattern and then measuring that pattern to produce a phase angle result.
Next video will run quickly through the coil comparison and discuss some implications for measuring reactive power circuits, especially the microQEG and its full-size semi-counterpart the FTW QEG.
