Chiming Electrostatic Motor – Running on an open ended capacitor

This is an electrostatic motor that has an added bell that makes it chime while it runs. The high voltage capacitor that runs the motor is only attached to the motor by one lead. The other side of the capacitor is attached to a clip lead that is open ended.
