all DC motors we have today are either brushed or brushless based on sensors’ (reed or hall switches) or controllers’ (bemf spikes or PWM) commutation;
now instead of brushes, sensors or controllers we’re talking about pulses in coils made by oscillation (switching) of transistor, transistor’s oscillation, TROS;
so, here is the little model of it (TROS-motor), prove-of-concept setup – with 4 and 6 coils just to make sure it’s not a coincidence…
