Life In The Crystal Cell
This shows one of my homemade voltaic cells that is still working after 1 1/2 years. An interesting crystaline structure formed on the anode and cathode and a hardy house plant was able to survive in the tap water electrolyte. Water absorbing polymer balls that contain plant food were used and perhaps that is one reason for this success.
