Basic Electronic Pulse Motor

This is a very simple basic “electronic” pulse motor. The drive circuit consists of two coils of wire, an NPN transistor, and a power source—no other parts. A magnet spins between the two air core coils. One coil has a electric current induced in it that tells the transistor to turn on. When the transistor turns on a current flows through the other coil turning the magnet.
