Hi all, just wanting to share some interesting measurements, the values will still be optimized.
Added another phase, total of 5 now, a choke to the input which dropped the input current from 300mA to 71mA, and a coil coming off the output seemed to also help the output.
input 7.8V .071A = .5 Watt
output 32.7V .025A = .8 Watt
