Cool Joule -morphed into exciter circuit

This shows how the basic ‘Cool Joule’ circuit can be added onto and turned into an “exciter” circuit. The component values are different but the placement in the circuit resemble the SEC 15 or 18 circuits by Dr. Stiffler.
