The "Cool Joule" LED circuit

This is a variant of TinMan’s “Cool Joule” circuit. It is an LED light circuit that charges at the same time that the light is being powered. The circuit is simlar to a “Joule Thief” but the two inductors do not have to be next to each other for the device to operate.
