Rechargeable pencil lead cell

This is a rechargeable homemade cell using graphite for both electrodes. Lead oxide was placed onto the electrodes and an electrolyte paste of Alum with distilled water is used. The seperator is plain white paper. A charge from a six volt battery was used to “form” the cell and charge it.
