Electric OU: Bedini NP Motor Dress Rehearsal, Ring Oscillator

I prettified the Bedini NP Motor by taking off the paper and mounting the circuit properly, etc. Here I push the input voltage up to 24 volts input, where the rotor turns at about 1600 RPM and the motor is drawing around 140 milliamps.
