Amazing water melting 1.wmv

Hi all During a test in order to get electrolisis with the sergdo toroid transformer. I got a surprising result. As i thought that by inserting the second electrode into the water , i expected to see some bubles of electrolisis, but !!! The second electrode which is also in steel wire simply melt as approaching the surface of water. Exactly the same as it does when approaching an other steel electrode. But look at the distance between the 2 electrodes in the cup For info i get this very melting at about 13 volts at arround 1 amps = about 13 watts. Is tap water so conductive . Amazing to me ?? But probably well known to some of you, so please explanation is welcome. The water in the cup is simple tap water without any electrolite. Interesting isn’it good luck at all Laurent
