Slayer Exciter runs pulse motor out of water glass.ASF
This is Slayer’s Exciter running a pulse motor off a glass of water. This experiment is based on the work of Dr. Stiffler and videos of his SEC experiments. Energy comes out of the oscillator through one wire and is transfered to the glass of water though a strip of aluminun foil around the glass. The energy then comes out of the water through two small switching diodes that supply a (+) and (-) that feeds a capacitor. The pulse motor runs off the energy stored in the capacitor. Electrolysis happens simultaneously at the two doide ends that are in the plain tap water.
