SEC Charger Light FRINGE In a Box

This is the SEC LED charger/ light that I named “FRINGE” in a box. I show a diagram of what is inside and describe how he works by using a second breadboarded version to demonstrate the various components. The photo cell automatic on/off and also capacitor charging is shown. Dr Stiffler’s SEC Exciter circuit is used but modified to obtain the desired goal of making a very efficient automatic LED light. The LED lights are placed at the front of the circuit instead of at the back. Charging of the second battery takes place through one wire coming off the collector of the main circuit transistor. There is no return path to the main circuit from the charge battery nor is an earth ground used.
