SEC with SGate Lighting FLs

This is Dr. Stiffler’s “SEC exciter”, with the SGate attached, lighting up fluorescent bulbs. An LED “energy tester” is shown to demonstrate the radius of the projected energy through the air. Also a small commercial “Plasma Ball” is used to help light the Fls and show that it too projects energy into the air.
