Bare Bones SEC Fluorescent Light

As I was putting things away from my last video I made a chance discovery that the SEC can run on very few parts and light multiple fluorescent bulbs. It is running now at 12.5 volts at 40 millamps in this video. The first bulb is connected to the end of L3 only . The second bulb is connected to the negative ground rail only. The third bulb is not connected to anything.
